UI/UX Designer

About the Role
As a UI/UX Designer at NewGen, you will shape digital products from early ideas into clear, polished, and usable experiences. You will work closely with strategy, development, and client teams to turn business requirements into interfaces that feel simple, focused, and effective.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create wireframes, user flows, interface layouts, and interactive prototypes for websites and digital products.
- Translate business goals and user needs into clean, practical design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers to keep implementation aligned with the intended experience.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback, usability needs, and visual quality standards.
What We’re Looking For :
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and responsive design.
- Experience designing websites, dashboards, landing pages, or product interfaces.
- Comfortable working in Figma and preparing designs for developer handoff.
- Able to explain design decisions clearly and iterate with a team.
